No, we only allow one account per household.
How can I delete my account?
Login to SmartPTP then go to your user info page and enter your user name and password at the bottom of the page, then click cancel.
How can I stop receiving e-mails from SmartPTP?
Your membership in our program allows us to send you email messages and advertisements. However you may login to your account and change your settings so e-mails are only sent to your "on site" inbox.
How can I request payment?
As soon as you reach the minimum payout, currently $5 (Five USD) you will see the redemption option appear in your account area. After your redemption request has been submitted we will validate your account and then begin the payment process.
When am I paid?
After your payment request is made and your account is in good-standing we will issue payment to you within 30 days. Payments are normally made once a week, so most likely you will not have to wait 30 days.
How am I paid?
Payments are made via PayPal or eGold.
